• May assist with leading and coordinating various aspects of creation of customers’ original research design and implementation proposals and focus group topics
• May assist with plans, developing, and maintaining procedures, equipment, and policies that have an impact in all facets of research
• May lead program strategy, program management, technology approach, implementation methodology
• May connect with multiple organizations and external entities to discuss wrap-around research services
